I’m on a mission to shift people’s energy — through really colourful works of art, tapping into what you feel, exploring what matters most, and injecting a little more courage into the everyday.

Because I know what it’s like to be in a space and think, blergh. Literally, emotionally, spiritually and physically. I know you do too.

But what if instead, in those spaces, you felt inspired? Courageous? Bold? Engaged? Creative?

Yeah. That’s more like it.

The Tonic is all about transformation — whether it’s on walls, floors, doors or hearts. I’ve energised more than 50 walls across Australia, brightened public bathrooms, created special pieces for homes, and worked with humans across corporate, government, not-for-profit, hospo, retail and everything in between.

And I’ve learnt that spaces matter — but so do the humans inside them.

As a qualified Emotional Culture Facilitator, I create opportunities for people to connect with how they actually feel, express themselves, have some fun and feel safe enough to show up as their truest selves. Sometimes that looks like an Emotional Culture workshop. Sometimes it’s a team painting a giant mural together. Sometimes it’s a deck of cards, a conversation, or a little daily dose of fortitude.

I’m not here to blend in or follow trends. I’m here to make colourful things, ask good questions, spark courage and create spaces where humans feel encouraged to be a little more themselves.
